I see London, I see France, I found the coolest underpants.

3 Pack Jersey Boxers $28 (but 15% off with free shipping for a while.) I want to buy these for both my kids (yes, Piper prefers boxers over briefs)I don't know why I get inspired by the things I do but these underpants remind me of something from the 80's that represented optimism. When I stare at them I see Mork and Mindy, I can hear "Supertramp" while I'm laying on my rainbow sheets and then I suddenly feel like doing lines in the bathroom at Studio 54 (oh wait I was too young for that... or was I?).
I love bold, solid rainbow colors and I love pop-art style prints. These stupid underpants caught my attention this weekend and if we had a Santa Claus we could count on (stupid Santa Claus), I would ask him for these underpants for my kids. I could just see their cute little bottoms bouncing up the stairs after each other, calling the other a "d-bag" or a "dingleberry." You have to love those little dumplings, no really that's what the family counselor told me "you have to love those kids Mrs. Korn!".
Getting to point; If you don't know about Boden or Mini Boden, here you go, you're welcome. Boden clothes are about the same price as Gap but cooler. If you haven't noticed already, The Gap has jumped the shark*. If you told me the security guards at the mall were personally designing the clothing at the Gap for extra money I would believe it. Unlike Boden, it's 95% uninspired. Lets be frank; The Gap is now Old Navy, Old Navy is now Kmart, and Kmart doesn't carry Martha Stewart anymore, which is ridiculous. One more accolade for Boden; their clothes are also Hanna Anderson quality (but not nearly as ho-hum). They fit and look good for a couple years so I can usually justify a few choice pieces for the kid's wardrobe. This Santa Claus has Boden on the brain because 1: they are having a 15% off sale with free shipping and 2: that means I have to start selling shit on Ebay to buy presents (there goes that fancy, custom diaphragm the doctor just gave me).
Boden has clothes for the whole family. One tip - when poking around their website it seems like they have a mere 10 skirts or shirts or whatever, but they actually have three to four unique patterns for each item so you have to click through and click on the swatches underneath the picture. You'll be surprised with the variety.

Baby Outfit ideas at Mini Boden. (Hint from Piper who somehow memorized every Brüno commercial, try not to be too "matchy-matchy")
Origin of this phrase comes from a Happy Days episode where the Fonz jumped a shark on waterskis. Thus was labeled the lowest point of the show. (Thank you urbandictionary.com)
