Mrs. Meyer's dirty little secret

If you don't use Mrs. Meyers cleaners, you should. We spray everything with it because we spill crap. But also because it's non-toxic, biodegradable, and I know that if my kid puts a sandwich directly on the counter, he's not picking up some toxic residue from some other cleaner.
More importantly, it smells amazing. This sounds totally dopey, but spraying the stuff turns into a tree-hugger's domestic version of huffing. It smells so unbelievable that you float around the house on some sort of aroma therapy bender and 15 minutes later you are just searching for crap to clean up so you can keep spraying it.
So here's Mrs. Meyer's extremely wallet friendly secret: Don't buy the Countertop Spray ($3.99) more than once. When I sold the stuff at my former store, the Mrs. Meyer's rep slipped up and told me that the All Purpose Cleaner ($7.99) is really a very concentrated version of the same thing. Just keep refilling the Countertop Spray with a little less than a half a cup of All Purpose Cleaner and fill the rest of the bottle with water. You're going to get at least ten bottles out it at a savings of a whopping $32 buckaroos.
3.99 x 10 = 39.90, minus $7.99 for the All Purpose Cleaner and you have saved $32 bucks!BTW - way back when I had a cleaning lady, she swore by the Toilet Bowl Cleaner. Toilet bowl cleaner is a product that I don't really understand (like "feminine" spray), but I have heard these same accolades from other toilet bowl aficionados so there must be something to it. On a sadder note, one of my daughter's lame-o jobs is to keep the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen clean. She uses the Mrs. Meyer's Stainless Steel Cleaner exclusively, and I see now they don't make it anymore! If you see it, send me a bottle, I'll gladly pay you Tuesday...
Maybe they saw my article! Mrs. Meyers has sale on All Purpose Cleaner right now! Also - at mrsmeyers.com sign up for their emails and get $5 off a $25 order.

Mrs. Meyers has been on my mind for weeks. I ran out of the lavender clothes detergent, and all my clothes smell of icky chemicals. Where is the place to get my fix? I used to get it from this great store called "Hello, Portland!".
